Now and coming soon
What I am developing now and what comes next, with its status in plain sight. What does not exist yet is labelled "coming soon".

Ongoing
Artificial societies
My current research line: social simulation, agent systems, artificial intelligence and the difficulty of predicting collective properties. I presented it at UMSA in late October 2026, with live demos.

Coming soon
Academic Studio
A desktop academic writing environment built on plain Markdown files: notes, writing, thematic analysis, tracked changes, Zotero and Pandoc export, all on your machine. It is part of heuretika, my local-first software line for researchers; the waitlist is open.
-
Beta
Emergent Societies
A desktop lab for agent-based social simulation, where classic rule-based models and language agents run under the same protocol, with fixed seeds, replicates and results reported with their spread. It is in private beta, with a browser demo.

What do large language models know about Bolivia?
A book in progress that measures what large language models know, ignore and make up about Bolivia. It brings my two axes together: measuring, with method, what a machine says about the country.

A history of bureaucratic systems in Bolivia
A book in progress on how the Bolivian state has organized its administration over time. It grows out of my work on digitalization, where records and paperwork are the least visible and most decisive part of the state.

Mathematical and computational sociology
A book in progress on how mathematical and computational models help us understand social processes, from graphs to agent-based simulation. It connects with my artificial societies research line.

SimiGPT
A language-model prototype for Bolivian Quechua, a non-profit project at the Lab. There is a Spanish-Quechua translator and a prototype chatbot, and any Quechua output goes through native speakers before it is published.

Contratos Abiertos 2.0
A public procurement observatory with continuous capture of state contracting data, warning signals and three reading levels: citizens, journalists and researchers. It succeeds Contratos Abiertos BO, which has already supported investigative journalism.

Map of the Bolivian state
Every institution of the Bolivian state on a single map: what they are, who they report to and how they serve people online. It helps anyone understand what the state is made of and supports measurement-based study of e-government.
-
Coming soon
Temis Bot
A chatbot on Bolivian legislation that answers with the article cited and states that it does not replace a lawyer. It aims to make the law easier to consult for people who cannot afford legal advice.

A video game of my own in development, themed around Cochabamba and made with the tools and engines I build.
